This is a full childbirth education class that encompasses labor positions and comfort measures, but also all the anatomy and physiology of birth, how to talk to medical professionals, birth planning, and medical interventions that could come up during your birthing time.

WHEN: February 14th and 15th, 2026 9am-4pm each day

WHERE:  Bismarck, ND

WHY:  Lamaze childbirth education is based on the Lamaze Six Healthy Birth Practices which are based upon the most recent, evidence-based research. They are recommendations to help ease the birthing process and instill confidence. While some may have unique circumstances, all parents can benefit from understanding their options and having information available to them.  

HOW:  Class will be in a group format with up to five famliies and the instructor.  Light refreshments will be provided during class, but feel free to bring your own meal or snacks if desired.  Class will be relaxed and open for lots of discussion and questions.  I want you to feel confident going into your birthing journey!
